Exchanges
3.99 GBP per request. *You’ll receive a payment link once your return reaches our warehouse and your exchange order is created. Payments must be made within 7 days.
How to request your exchange:
- Select “exchange” when registering your return online.
- Enter the new size requested
- Post your return back to us via your chosen courier
- Complete payment via link once received*
*Payments must be made within 7 days to confirm your exchange request. If a payment is not received within this timeframe your exchange order will be cancelled and refunded. We offer size exchanges on all UK orders. Exchanges are subject to stock.
Alternatively, you can ship your return via your own method. Please keep your return receipt safe until we confirm receipt of your return.
